Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping with elrosé.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if something isn’t quite as you’d hoped, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

 

Returns:

To limit the amount of paper we use, we won’t be including a returns form in our packages.

To make a return for a refund or an exchange, please download and print this form.

Fill in the information required and put the form into the original packaging, along with the items you’d like to return.

We will only issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed), with their garment tags attached and in the original packaging; or are faulty. Following receipt of your item(s), we will inspect their condition and send you an email to notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will refund the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policy, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service as of yet, and therefore the shipping cost for your returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item(s). We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of items whilst in transit.

 

Late returns:

Items that are not returned to us within the 14-day period may be accepted at the discretion of elrosé, or may be returned back to the customer, or may only be refunded as Online Credit. If credit is refunded as Online Credit, we will provide you with the required details to use this on a future purchase.

 

Exchanges: 

Exchanges are only available on the same item in a different size and/or colour. If you would like to exchange an item, please tick the ‘exchange’ box on the downloadable returns form and detail the new colour or size of the item you would you like to order. We will cover the delivery cost of the new items so you won’t have to pay for shipping twice.
